Excellent experience. I recently used Michelle to care for my four cats while I was out of town for a few days. Despite the short notice she was very responsive and we were able to set up a meet and greet in time for my departure. When I was delayed due to a traffic accident she was very understanding and made alternate arrangements to accommodate the delay. Michelle was wonderful! My cats warmed up to her in no time, she has a very calm, gentle nature that was perfect for my crew (especially my very shy guy who is a previous feral and normally runs for the hills when someone new enters the house). Just before my 2 week adventure to Egypt, my 20 year old cat who’s diabetes had been in remission became full blown diabetic again. I was a basket case to say the least! Michelle took amazing care with him and the other 2 cats. Although she did not actually administer the insulin shots (I had someone else that came to do just that for him) she communicated beautifully with this person and when I came home my kitty Dexter was still with us! It was so brave on her to take on this task on such short notice.

When we came home my cats were happy, relaxed and although I know they missed us I’m know they enjoyed her visits with them. Their area in our basement for litter boxes was clean and smelled good!( Lol) Michelle sent me pictures daily and every day she left notes for the other care giver so they could co-ordinate about how things were going. My home was just the way we left it! I was so pleased!
